Ritu is actively involved in supporting the education of underprivileged children especially girls. 51 adopted daughters of Uttarakhand, one adopted son from Bhutan pursuing higher education, a young children orphanage in Noida and an animal hospital in UP keeps her occupied.
Sanmarg Projects her corporate arm does a lot of social support work at various work sites including drinking water, tree plantation, workers amenities, women upliftment and support to local primary schools.
